First Day in LA

I love these palm trees! Got to the house today and it already feels like home. We ate mini, almost-ripe peaches from our peach tree, and we admired the orange and guava(?) trees in the backyard. The neighborhood hustle and bustle is filled with young kids and ice cream trucks, which makes it more homey. Tonight, we went to a roommate family dinner at El Cholo, which serves great mexican food. Tomorrow, we will all see the City Year office downtown during our registration session. (And we'll hopefully get bikes from the bike store!)
